Cut the red meat from burgers and other such foods to make your meal healthier and less fattening. Fruits are naturally sweet and they don't pack in the calories and the cholesterol. They will also give you additional fiber, minerals and vitamins. Most people don't like having fruit and don't have it in the required quantity.
